Any staff or employee or physician who has concerns about the safety or quality of care provided in the hospital may report these concerns to The Joint Commission. We encourage you to first bring your concerns to the attention of the organization’s leaders. If this action does not lead to resolution, then The Joint Commission encourages you to report your concerns to them.
The hospital will take no disciplinary action because an employee or physician reports safety or quality of care concerns to The Joint Commission.
