Key Employment Information

Pay Check
ARHS employees are paid biweekly on Fridays. Although you have authorized direct deposit, you may receive an initial paper check as Payroll verifies your account information. If you opted for paper pay stubs, you will receive an email the day prior to payday to notify you that your check is ready for pick-up in Human Resources. After your first check, use the Lawson Employee Self Service Portal to access your electronic pay stubs.

Benefits Eligibility
All full-time and part-time employees are eligible for benefits upon the first of the month following the completion of 60 days of employment. You will find a link to our benefits booklet on the Careers page of our website. Look for an invitation to the Benefits Breakfast as you approach 60 days with ARHS.

Paid Time Off
All full-time and part-time employees begin to accrue time off immediately upon hire. Paid Time Off may be used for vacations, holidays, illness and personal days. Paid Time Off is available for use after completion of the initial 90 day trial period.

Personal Information Changes
Use the Employee Information Form for any changes to address, telephone, direct deposit, deductions, and requests for Paid Time Off payouts and donations. Return the completed form to Human Resources.
