Employee Referral Program

Did you know our best recruiter is YOU? Research has shown that new hires who come into a company through employee referrals are excellent contributors, stay with the company longer and create more cost-effective results.

Program Rules?

  • A referral form must be submitted and 100% complete to be considered
  • A hiring manager may not submit a referral for a department in which they have hiring jurisdiction over.
  • A referral must be made prior to the employee receiving an offer for employment, OR your name must be indicated on the application
  • Hiring decisions and application updates are kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed at any time.
  • Referrals for Temporary, Contract, Seasonal, and Former Employees will not be accepted.
  • All employees are eligible for this program, however, referrals must be for a full-time or part-time position; referrals for PRN positions are not eligible.
  • The first employee to refer a candidate will be the only referring employee eligible for payment.
  • Referrals expire after four (4) months. A new referral form will need to be completed and submitted if the referee is not hired within the 4 month period.
  • Any disputes and/or interpretations of this program will be handled on a case by case basis through Human Resources.
